Do you have to pay to get into Trunk Bay?

There's a $5 admission fee to access Trunk Bay. Its facilities include a snack bar, snorkel rental shop, restrooms and showers. All are open daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. During high season, the parking area fills up quickly; get there early to snag a spot.

A Few Facts about Trunk Bay Rockefeller donated the area of Trunk Bay to the National Park Service 50 years ago, making it a permanent part of USVI National Park. Unlike other USVI beaches, Trunk Bay charges a $5 admission fee. The best photo spot there is from Trunk Bay Overlook, right of North Shore Road.
