Do you have to use all your Disney tickets at once?

Now, when purchasing tickets for multiple days, all the tickets must match. You cannot mix and match so that one day is a 1 Park Per Day and another is a Park Hopper ticket. However, if you want you could, for example, buy a two-day 1 Park Per Day ticket and use it over four days that don't have to be consecutive.

The theme park days and “plus” admissions don't have to be consecutive and they don't have to be used in any particular order. For instance, you could spend 2 days in the theme parks, take two days off, visit the water parks on 2 other days and then use the final 2 theme park days.

One ticket is to be assigned each day and a Park must be selected for that day. If you have a Park Hopper ticket assigned to that day you can hop to any Park you desire at 2 pm.
