Do you tip in Emirates First Class Lounge?

The only thing better about the new terminal first class lounge ( used last year) is that the lounge connects directly to the plane. One thing I ask is, we may not be paying at the time of taking the service as its included in our flight cost, but please give the waiters and waitresses a tip.
