Does Cosmic Rewind spin you?

Does the ride spin and will it cause motion sickness? Cosmic Rewind has “omnicoaster” ride vehicles that can rotate 360 degrees. The rotations are programmed so the ride isn't freely spinning.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT is officially classified as an "Omnicoaster," which means the ride vehicles rotate 360 degrees while moving along the track, but it is not a "spinning" coaster in the traditional sense like a teacup ride. The rotations are controlled and "choreographed" to point you toward specific screens or story elements as you zip through space. You are never "free-spinning" or spinning rapidly in a way that would cause extreme dizziness for most people. Instead, the vehicle might turn 90 degrees to face a planet or rotate 180 degrees to travel backward for a portion of the ride. The movement is incredibly smooth and fluid, designed to mimic the feeling of drifting through a galaxy. However, if you are highly sensitive to motion sickness, the combination of the rotation and the dark, high-speed environment can be intense. A 2026 "pro-tip" for those worried about the spin is to keep your eyes focused straight ahead toward the direction the car is pointing and avoid looking sideways during the rotations.

Obviously, you can be different but I would say that Cosmic Rewind is pretty tame. It's really smooth and just feels like you are floating in space. The only part that stuck out to me as a bit intense is the part right after the launch with the lights. But that section is less than a second.
