In previous years, members could occasionally find physical or digital ticket bundles at a discount, but Disney has moved away from this third-party distribution model for individual tickets. Instead, if you want to save money on a Disney vacation through Costco, you must book a full vacation package through Costco Travel. These packages typically bundle together a stay at a Disney-owned or "Good Neighbor" hotel, multi-day park tickets, and a "Costco Shop Card" (a digital gift card) that acts as a rebate. These bundles can offer significant value, often including perks like free transportation or waived resort fees, but you cannot simply walk into a warehouse and buy a stack of 4-day passes. For Disneyland (California), Costco does occasionally offer seasonal "fully-loaded" 2-day or 3-day ticket deals with Lightning Lane included, but even these are often restricted to specific regional warehouses or limited-time online windows.
