No, Delta Comfort+ does not automatically grant full Sky Priority benefits. While Comfort+ is a "premium" economy product, Sky Priority is a specific suite of services (including priority check-in, security, and baggage handling) reserved for Diamond, Platinum, and Gold Medallion members, as well as those flying in Delta One, First Class, or Premium Select. However, Comfort+ passengers do receive Priority Boarding, usually in "Group 3" or right after the Sky Priority members. This allows you to get onto the plane early enough to secure overhead bin space, which is one of the main perks of the fare. So, while you get the "Priority Boarding" component, you do not get the expedited security lines or the "First on Carousel" baggage tags that come with true Sky Priority status.
