Will there be fireworks if it rains? Almost always, that answer is “yes.” Unlike at Disneyland where nighttime fireworks are often cancelled due to wind, fireworks and nighttime entertainment is typically not cancelled at Walt Disney World.

Even if it's drizzling, for the most part, Disney World's outdoor rides and other open-air attractions remain open, meaning that you can still have a great (albeit damp) time. Still, be aware that, for safety reasons, some attractions may have to close during periods of heavy rain or lightning.
That said, don't expect Magic Kingdom or Disney Springs to be ghost towns just because of a few rain showers. Many guests will simply take their fun inside instead by going on some dark rides, seeing a show or getting something to eat.
You'll find that most Guests will continue having fun even through the storms, and most rides and attractions will keep running as long as there is no lightning and it is safe to do so. Walt Disney World Resort does not usually refund tickets due to inclement weather.
The truth is, when it is rainy outside, the parks will be a lot less busy. So if you can handle it, you will often find that you can get a lot done during a storm. But, if you prefer to stay totally out of the rain, there are other things you can do on property that are still a lot of fun.
Just like the theme parks, the water parks at Disney World, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, also stay open even when it's raining. However, should it start to storm with thunder and lightning, the slides, wave pools and other rides will close down until it's safe for them to reopen.
A notable “exception” is Tower of Terror, which can (ironically) operate through severe weather. With no lightning, its incredibly rare for heavy rain to shut down a ride for very long, if for no other reason than exceptionally heavy rain usually just can't fall that long.
Epcot is the best because there is only one outdoor attraction in the whole park, Test Track. Other than that, every ride will remain open and running during rainy weather.

Over at Hollywood Studios, the outdoor attractions in Toy Story Land are the unlucky ones that must close when it rains: Alien Swirling Saucers. Slinky Dog Dash.
At Hollywood Studios, things are a little bit backward. The worst day of the week to visit has historically been Monday! Perhaps it's because people expect the weekends to be the busiest, so they go with a weekday instead. Nonetheless, Monday wait times might be a bit higher than you'd want.
Hollywood Studios After HoursUnlike Early Theme Park Entry, this is not a perk offered to certain guests, but is instead a ticketed event held on select evenings. We reviewed Hollywood Studios After Hours here. When it occurs, After Hours allows ticketed guests access to the park from 7PM to 3 hours after park close.
You Can Bring a Backpack to Disney ParksWith the exception of a couple attractions, every ride at Disney will have a small pouch for you to stow your backpack, or space at your feet. Your trusty bag can take on all the adventures Disney has to offer with you!
Ponchos… The rain can blow in and you are fighting the wind. Plus, umbrellas are intrusive to the people around you. Also, if it's a really rainy day you can just wear the poncho all day without having to hold your arm up in the air constantly.
