Does Disney deliver luggage?

Arriving early? If you arrive before your room is ready, you may check your bags with Bell Services so you can begin your vacation right away. Your bags can be delivered to your room for your convenience later in the day.

As of early 2026, Disney World has reintroduced a modified version of its luggage delivery service through a pilot program called "Airport Luggage Transfer at Disney." Unlike the former Magical Express, this service is currently a partnership with a third-party provider, BagCheck, and is specifically available for guests flying with Southwest Airlines. Eligible guests staying at select resorts (primarily the All-Star and Pop Century Value resorts) can skip baggage claim at Orlando International Airport (MCO) and have their bags delivered directly to their resort room within about four hours. For the return trip, guests can also check their bags at their hotel, allowing them to head straight to security at the airport. While convenient, the service requires pre-registration between 30 and 5 days before travel, and guests are encouraged to keep essentials like MagicBands and medications in their carry-on.
