While shoes must be worn, there is no specific footwear requirement for attractions within Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, although skates or shoes with wheels are prohibited. I have seen Guests wearing everything from basic flip-flops to stilettos. (Though I do not recommend either of those options!)

Although they're a perfectly suitable shoe for the parks, there is something important that Crocs-wearers need to know before coming to Disney World. There is ONE place in Disney World where Crocs aren't *technically* allowed — on escalators!
Floor-length Skirts or DressesMake sure your skirt doesn't come close to the ground! They also aren't ideal for going on rides, since different ride vehicles have configurations that aren't comfortable if you have a skirt or dress on. We DEFINITELY wouldn't wear a wedding dress to the parks!
