Formula, breast milk, juice in quantities greater than 3.4 ounces or 100 milliliters are allowed in carry-on baggage and do not need to fit within a quart-sized bag. Remove these items from your carry-on bag to be screened separately from the rest of your belongings.

The trickiest part of pumping is storing breastmilk at Disney World to ensure it stays cool. I recommend bringing an insulated soft bag (like this super cute Mickey one) to store in the bottom of your stroller. Fill the bag with reusable ice packs or ice from your resort.

You can bring your own ice pack or grab complimentary ice cups from Quick Service restaurant locations throughout the parks to keep your milk cold. Guests are free to bring outside food and beverages into the theme parks as long as they do not bring any glass containers and they do not bring any alcohol, which means you are welcome to bring metal water bottles with you into the theme parks.

In addition to the three bottle fillers in Galaxy's Edge you can refill your water at self-serve soda fountains at Backlot Express in Echo Lake, and ABC Commissary in Commissary Lane.
