Yes, Disney offers a very robust tuition assistance program called Disney Aspire, which is available to eligible hourly full-time and part-time employees (Cast Members) in the U.S. after 90 days of service. This program is remarkable because Disney pays 100% of the tuition upfront at a network of partner universities and trade schools, such as the University of Central Florida, University of Arizona, and Bellevue University. The program covers a wide variety of disciplines, from high school completion and English language learning to undergraduate and even some graduate degrees. Unlike traditional "reimbursement" programs where you pay first and get paid back, Disney handles the payments directly with the schools, so employees don't have to carry the debt. Additionally, Disney Aspire covers the cost of required books and fees, which can save students thousands of dollars. The program is designed to be flexible, allowing Cast Members to study in fields that may be unrelated to their current role at Disney, reflecting the company’s investment in its employees' long-term career growth and personal development within or outside the "Mouse House."
