OCTA Employer Pass (Perk-Pass) The OCTA Perk-Pass is a free bus pass that gives Cast Members unlimited bus transportation to and from work at the Disneyland Resort. A Perk-pass is available to all Disney Cast Members who qualify at the Disneyland® Resort.
