Does Disney Springs parking fill up?

The Grapefruit Garage is the furthest from Disney Springs (it's across the road, so you'll have to take the walking bridge over that road to get to the Springs), but it's often the best bet when it comes to finding a parking spot. The other two garages tend to fill up before this one does.
