For cancellations made 4 days or less prior to Guest arrival or for no-shows, the full price of the package (including Disneyland® Resort admission tickets and all other components of the package) is non-refundable.

According to the eTicket Terms and Conditions, theme park tickets are not refundable, however, if they expire before you can use them you can use the purchase price of the unused tickets towards the purchase of new tickets of equal or greater value.
However, canceling a reservation does not cancel your ticket. Tickets are non-refundable. This means you can go back into your Disney account and make a new theme park ticket reservation for your new date with that same ticket.
