Does Disneyland have online check-in?

Within 5 days of your arrival, sign in to your Disney account and use our Online Check-In service via the web or in the Disneyland app. When your room is ready, the Disneyland app will display your room number and allow you to enter your room by using a digital key.

Yes, the Disneyland Resort offers a robust Online Check-In and "Direct-to-Room" service for guests staying at its three on-site properties: the Disneyland Hotel, Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, and the Pixar Place Hotel. Using the Disneyland app, you can complete the check-in process up to five days before your arrival. This service allows you to bypass the front desk entirely; when your room is ready, the app will send you a notification with your room number and activate a Digital Key on your smartphone. You can use this digital key to unlock your room door and access common areas like the pool or fitness center. Check-in typically begins at 3:00 PM (4:00 PM for Villas), but by checking in early online, you can drop your bags at the bell desk and head straight into the parks the moment you arrive, receiving a text the second your room is available for entry.
