Snow at DisneylandThere are a few times during the night you can catch this phenomenon. At the castle lighting show each night at 7:30 pm and 8:30 pm. Snowfall in the hub, on Main Street, over by It's a Small World and along the Rivers of America.

For the first two events (at the castle lightings), you'll find snow only near the castle. For snow right after fireworks, you'll find it at the castle, near “it's a small world”, on Main Street and near the Rivers of America (might not be happening in 2022).
There is even “snowfall” on Main Street intermittently throughout the night. Returning are big highlights such as Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade, Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration castle stage show and Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks.
In general, Disney World is a 365 day a year operation. It never closes, even for rain, with basically one exception. Hurricanes. Even then it doesn't always close for hurricanes.
Weekdays are less crowded than weekends, especially Monday-Thursdays. On weekends, Sundays are usually less crowded than Saturdays. Regular weekends tend to be less crowded than holiday weekends.
