Does Disneyland kick you out for Oogie Boogie?

On nights that this party is held, Disney California Adventure will close early but Disneyland Park will retain its regular operating hours. So I'm happy to report that you'll be able to enjoy a full day at Disneyland Park even when Oogie Boogie Bash is going on across the Esplanade!

You can purchase 8 per additional date after the first purchase is complete without having to start in the queue again. Expect tickets to go very quickly every year. For the first time ever in 2022, Oogie Boogie Bash tickets sold out completely within 24 hours of being released for public sale.

While the party officially begins at 6PM, ticketed guests can enter the park as early as 3PM. Regular park guests were still around at this time, so it felt pretty busy! Oogie Boogie Bash is completely sold out (including tonight's party), and we can definitely tell by these crowds.

Oogie Boogie Bash Halloween party tickets are totally separate from regular park admission media. If you have a one day/one park ticket, you're welcome to visit Disneyland in the morning and then Oogie Boogie Bash Halloween party in the evening using a Party ticket. This would not count as a “Park Hop.”

If you scream and yell and curse at a Cast Member, there is the possibility that you will not only be asked to leave, but Disney may ban you from returning to their Parks for a long time.

Unfortunately, Oogie Boogie Bash is a separate ticketed event (and a popular one at that), so Guests without a ticket for the event will have to exit the Theme Park when it closes for the event at 6 pm even if they have a standard Theme Park ticket. I hope this was helpful!

All guests, kids, and adults alike, are welcome to Trick or Treat on the treat trails at Oogie Boogie Bash. Each treat trail is what it sounds like – a trail you walk, and along it, you will get treats. There are multiple stops on each trail as well.

Our group of 2 decided to go to the Sonoma Terrace Oogie Boogie Bash Dessert Party. For $89 (gratuity is included), we each received a plate of desserts, a specialty alcoholic beverage, or bottled water and sodas, and reserved seating for the Frightfully Fun Parade.
