Does Disneyland or Magic Kingdom have more rides?

Disneyland actually has MORE rides and attractions than its sister-park. According to their website, Disneyland has 56 attractions, 33 of which are rides (if you sit on it and it moves, I count it as a ride). In contrast, Magic Kingdom has only 42 attractions, of which 20 are rides.

The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is as much of a dark ride as it is a coaster and offers a smooth and visually stunning experience. However, there is a big drop at the end that is just a few feet short of Splash Mountain's thrilling drop, so it may not be suitable for very young children.
