Does domestic first class get you into Delta Lounge?
Anyone flying on a domestic or international Delta One-branded business-class flight (typically premium transcontinental and long-haul international routes) can get in. The same benefit also applies to international business-class and first-class flights on a SkyTeam partner-operated flight.

Delta Sky Club facilities may be used only in conjunction with same-day ticketed air travel on Delta or a Delta partner airline. You must be at least 18 years of age for Club membership. You must be at least 21 years of age to enjoy alcoholic beverages.
For all levels of elite status, members can only access Sky Clubs within three hours of scheduled departure or on arrival. Oddly enough, SkyTeam Elite Plus members associated with other airlines can still access Delta Sky Clubs in Main Cabin or Comfort+ before an international flight.
You can enter Delta Sky Club lounges up to three hours before departure, or anytime during layovers. To gain access, you'll need to be flying that day, either with Delta or a partner airline. And when lounges are near capacity, Delta will prioritize entry to eligible premium cabin passengers and top-tier elite members.
It's important to note that Delta One is not the same as Delta's official first class. The airline's first class is only available on shorter and domestic flights, while Delta One is usually available on international flights with a few exceptions, like the one I took to San Francisco.
Delta bars employees without paid tickets from Sky Club lounges as it struggles with long lines and overcrowding. Delta employees will be barred from the airline's Sky Club lounges unless they pay for a ticket. That means flight attendants and pilots will not be permitted access when flying standby for free.
Flying internationally in a premium cabinIf you want access to these spaces, book yourself an eligible business-class ticket that grants you lounge access. Now, it's important to note that if you're flying domestically, you typically won't get access to an airline's lounge just for having a business-class ticket.
Bottom line. It certainly varies by lounge, though in general you should expect everything to be free, unless there's a menu with a price. All the best first class lounges in the world offer as much food and as many premium drinks as you'd like at no cost. So you can eat and drink to your heart's content.
Fare cost. With a first-class fare, you'll receive a premium level of service on board, which means you can expect to pay a higher price than Delta Comfort Plus. Although Delta Comfort Plus provides additional convenience, it's still considered part of the main cabin.
Keep in mind that Sky Priority does not include lounge access to the Delta Sky Club, but some of the elite members and premium class passengers listed above do get Sky Club access.
