If you only have cash, you can visit a retail location to purchase a Disney Gift Card with your physical money and then use that card at the festival booths. Additionally, guests are encouraged to use the "Mobile Food & Drink Ordering" feature in the My Disney Experience app for convenience, which requires a saved digital payment method and does not support cash transactions.
