In general the best days of the week to visit the Disney World parks are Tuesday and Wednesday. The reason being is many families find that you need an entire week for a Disney vacation and typically arrive on Saturday or Sunday. April receives the least amount of rain on average. The high temperatures range from 75-85 degrees, which is perfect for walking around the theme parks or taking a dip in the pool. October and November also offer comfortable temperatures. However, hurricane season runs through the end of November.

Slinky Dog Dash is in Toy Story Land at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Since it's an outdoor attraction, it shuts down in heavy rain and if there's severe weather or lightning in the area. Much of the queue is exposed to the elements, and even the portion of the queue that's covered isn't enclosed. And it can get HOT.

April is such a beautiful month to visit Walt Disney World - the weather is gorgeous and the flowers are at their finest. Expect mid-level crowds all month except for Easter week, when crowds spike to peak levels.
