On MSC World Cruise the Dine & Drinks package is included. It includes: house wines, draught beer, soft drinks and mineral water that can be consumed during lunch and dinner in our main restaurants and in the buffet.
The Deluxe Beverage Package policy requires all guests wishing to purchase the Deluxe Beverage Package to do so for ALL guests of legal drinking age in the same stateroom. Was this content helpful?
Service Charge / Gratuities are included in the cruise fare. Since adding in the cost of gratuities to the cruise fare it is no longer possible to remove this portion.
Firstly, if anyone in a stateroom purchases a deluxe drinks package, everyone over the legal age for drinking on a cruise ship, typically 21, but 18 years can drink on a cruise in some instances, has to buy a drinks package too. This effectively eliminates your sharing with the people you're staying with.
Your SeaPass® will have either a sticker or a printed verification of your package. The bar staff will request to see your SeaPass for verification prior to service, so keep it handy.
What Happens if I'm Caught Sharing a Drinks Package on a Cruise? If you are caught sharing a drinks package on a cruise the most likely thing to happen is that you'll be given a warning or told off. If it happened again it's likely that your drinks package would be cancelled and you wouldn't receive a refund.
Our all-inclusive cruise options and rich drink packages give you carte blanche to quench your thirst whenever you like and can be combined with a huge selection of cruise holidays.
In terms of onboard offerings, standard drinks -- like coffee, tea, lemonade, and water -- are complimentary on the MSC ships. Most people, however, enjoy a cool beverage poolside or a nice glass of wine with dinner.
Balcony cabins on MSC Cruises shipsAlthough balcony cabins offer upgraded amenities, including MSC's brand of hand lotion and toiletries, they are largely the same as inside and ocean-view accommodations.
MSC ships have complimentary food venues to satisfy a wide range of palettes and preferences, including a large buffet and main dining room, which provides meals all day, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Tea, coffee, iced tea, juice, and water are free onboard, although bottled water is an extra charge.
There are beach towels in every cabin of MSC Cruises ships. After using, the towels have to be returned to your cabin otherwise, the cost of the towel can be put into your cruise bill. You can also take the towels right at the swimming pool.
