Does one park per day include Star Wars?

While the “One Park Per Day” section states that Guests can either enjoy “Disneyland Park” or “California Adventure,” the Park Hopper section states that the Park Hopper offers access to “Disneyland Park, including Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge” and “Disney California Adventure Park, including Avengers Campus.”

I'm glad to share that you don't need an extra ticket or reservation to enjoy the two attractions at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Once there, you will find Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. You can access both through a stand-by queue, and that option is included with your ticket.
