Does Royal Caribbean check-in time matter?

Royal Caribbean International requires guests to be checked in no later than 60 minutes prior to the scheduled sailing time*. Guests arriving late will not be permitted to sail. When you Check-In at the terminal, show your SetSail Pass in the app to the terminal agent to scan and complete the check-in process.
