Does Ryanair actually weigh your carry-on?

I have seen them weigh and measure every carryon. Luckily for me they didn't weigh my coat. I've seen Ryanair weigh bags where they look heavy, but usually their local contractors are much keener on enforcing size rules - of course oversize bags are often overweight too. Some of their size cages have scales built in.
