Does SeaWorld have metal detectors?

All persons are subject to screening for prohibited items using walk-through or hand-held metal detectors prior to entering the park. All bags, backpacks and packages are subject to inspection prior to entering the park.

Our security screening process has been modified to reduce contact between Cast Members and Guests. To help expedite entry, Guests carry their own bags and personal belongings as they pass through the metal detector unit.

SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island will go cashless starting Aug. 30. That will apply to payments made at restaurants, stores, ticket windows, parking and more.
