Personal Pantry service is available 24 hours a day. Do the Swan/Dolphin have Rapid Fill Mugs (like the Disney resorts)? No, but the Swan and Dolphin do share a refillable mug program similar to the Disney Rapid Fill Mugs. The mugs are sold at Picabu on the lower level of the Dolphin.
