Does the haven include the thermal suite?

In The Haven's Spa Suite with Balcony you'll find a king-sized bed, hot tub, oversized waterfall shower and multiple body spray jets, spa décor, easy access to the Mandara Spa and Fitness Center, as well as the complimentary access to the Thermal Spa Suites during regular spa hours.



On Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), whether The Haven (the exclusive "ship-within-a-ship" luxury enclave) includes access to the Mandara Spa Thermal Suite depends on the specific ship and cabin category. On newer Prima-class ships (like the Prima and Viva), Thermal Suite access is not automatically included for standard Haven suites and must be purchased as an add-on or "Diamond" loyalty perk. However, if you book a Haven Spa Suite, the Thermal Suite access is included in your fare. On older Breakaway and Breakaway-Plus class ships, Haven guests typically have their own private "Haven Courtyard" which features a pool and hot tubs, but the full-service Thermal Suite downstairs remains a separate charge unless you are in a Spa-specific category. It is a common misconception among 2026 cruisers that "all-inclusive luxury" includes the spa; while you get a private lounge, restaurant, and butler, the heated loungers and salt rooms usually require a dedicated Spa Suite booking or an additional weekly pass.
