October 09, 2023: The Mumbai Metro 3 underground corridor successfully conducted its first long-distance trial. The trial saw a train covering six stations, spanning 8 kilometres from MIDC to Vidyanagari, before returning to Seepz station, covering a total distance of around 17 kilometres.
