Helpful? Hi Yes, with an early start one day is enough for aquaventure and you needn't t worry, there are lifeguards all along the routes of the rides and they are the best lifeguards I have seen if I compare to other parks I have been to , because Atlantis has a good reputation to keep .
If you not stay in Atlantis i would suggest you to have at least whole day there as you may enjoy all with less hassle, provided you have enough day to visit others, otherwise half day could be on but it might be a bit hectic if you traveling with children.
