How it works:
- Book your stay via the Booking.com Flying Blue portal.
- Fill in your Flying Blue number in the last step of the booking process, right after choosing the payment method.
- Provide your Flying Blue number when you book, as it is not possible to claim Miles later.
Usually, Miles and XP show up on your account within 2 weeks after the flight. Have your Miles or XP still not appeared in your account after 2 weeks? Please claim your missing Miles by entering your flight details on the page 'Claim missing Miles' > 'Flights.

Miles earned from flying expire after two years, but may be extended by taking another flight and crediting those miles to Flying Blue. Flights operated by Air France, KLM or partner airlines qualify. Miles expiration is also extended by two years when you make a purchase with an eligible co-branded credit card.

Or you even forgot to add the number. Both things are not a problem, as all frequent flyer programs allow crediting miles retroactively. Depending on the program, you can credit the miles up to 12 months after the flight. Most programs, however, only allow this up to 6 months.

Request your miles However, if you are not a member, you will need to call and have a customer service representative help you get those miles added to your account. You'll need your Mileage Plan number and your 13-digit ticket number, which you can find in your confirmation email.
