How do I add Family members to PhotoPass?

To allow others to view the images in your Disney PhotoPass account, sign in to your Disney account online at MyDisneyPhotoPass.com or on the My Disney Experience App and set photo sharing permissions using your Family & Friends list.

To add family members to your Disney PhotoPass in 2026, you must link them through the "Family & Friends" list in the My Disney Experience app or website. First, ensure each person has their own Disney account or is managed by you. Once they are on your list, you must click on their name and select "Update" to verify that "Share My Photos" is toggled to the ON position. In 2026, this is a reciprocal setting; both parties usually need to agree to share to see each other's photos. Once linked, any photo taken by a Disney photographer (or on a ride) that is scanned to their MagicBand+ or mobile device will automatically appear in your gallery if you have purchased Memory Maker. This is particularly useful for large groups, as it allows one person to pay for the photo package while everyone in the group—up to 25 people—contributes photos to the same shared folder for downloading.
