How do I call Disney for DAS pass?

To arrange for the Disability Access Service (DAS) at Walt Disney World or Disneyland in 2026, you primarily use the "Register via Live Video Chat" system rather than a traditional phone call. You can access this service through the official Disney website on the "Disability Access Service" page. This video chat is available between 2 and 30 days before your park visit. A Cast Member will speak with the guest requiring the pass (and their parent/guardian) to discuss their specific needs. If you are already at the park and did not pre-register, you cannot simply call; you must visit a Guest Relations location near the park entrance or at various "Guest Experience Team" blue umbrellas throughout the park. The video chat system is the preferred method as it allows you to book your initial "DAS Advance" selections before you even arrive. Make sure you have your tickets linked to your "My Disney Experience" or "Disneyland" app before starting the chat. If you have technical issues with the website, you can call the general "Disability Services" line at (407) 560-2547, but they will usually redirect you to the video portal for the actual interview and registration process.
