Your Trusted Traveler Number (TTN), also known as your PASS ID, can be found most easily by logging into your official Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account on the Department of Homeland Security website. Once you are signed in through Login.gov, your membership number is typically displayed at the top of the "Dashboard" or "Membership" page. If you have your physical Global Entry, NEXUS, or SENTRI card, the nine-digit PASS ID is also printed on the back of the card in the upper-left corner. This number is your "Known Traveler Number" (KTN) that you must enter into airline reservations or your frequent flyer profile to ensure the TSA PreCheck logo appears on your boarding pass. If you have lost access to your online account and do not have your physical card, you can contact the CBP TTP help desk, although you will likely need to provide secondary identification and answer security questions to verify your identity before they can release the sensitive PASS ID information.
