When you use Uber services, the company collects data about the type of services requested, transaction amounts, merchant information, delivery data and more. If you receive a promo code from Uber and you give that code to another user, Uber will create an association in its records between you and the other user.
Once you delete your account, it will be immediately deactivated. After 30 days it will be permanently deleted, and any unused credits, promotions, or rewards will be removed. Uber may retain certain information after account deletion as required or permitted by law.
You can use the same account on different devices as long as they are both registered in your name. To switch between devices, open the Uber app and go to Menu > Profile > Uber Accounts. You will then see a list of devices that are registered to your account. Tap on the device you want to use and you're good to go!

To remove a contact permanently, tap their name and swipe to the left to delete. Note: You can't change your trusted contacts while driving, only when offline.
Can You Request a Female Uber Driver? No, you cannot request a driver based on gender, neither male nor female. Though female passengers may be more comfortable with a female driver, especially at night and in a deserted or unfamiliar area, it can be discriminatory to ask for a female driver only.
