How do I find my Southwest customer ID?

Copy your flight confirmation #. Paste it somewhere. Then copy your case #. Those two numbers concatenated together are the Customer ID.

To find your Southwest Rapid Rewards member number (often called your Customer ID) in 2026, the fastest method is via the Southwest Mobile App. Once logged in, your number is prominently displayed on the "Account" or "Home" tab just below your name. If you are on a desktop, log in to the Southwest website and click on "My Account" in the top right corner; your 10-digit account number will appear in the top-left area of your profile dashboard. If you cannot log in, search your email inbox for "Rapid Rewards Report" or your original enrollment confirmation, as Southwest includes the ID in most of its marketing communications. If all else fails, you can call Southwest Customer Service at 1-800-445-5764; you will need to verify your identity using your name, birthdate, and the email address or phone number associated with the account to have an agent provide the ID to you.
