How do I get a refund for Uber overcharge?

If you believe your account was incorrectly charged (an incorrect trip/order amount or a cancellation fee, for example), contact support within 30 days of the request. We'll be in touch to help. We're unable to adjust a payment or refund a cancellation fee more than 30 days after the request.
