From Logan Airport, you want to hop onto the Silver Line which is a bus service that will connect you to the Red Line which is the subway that will take you right into Harvard Square, or “Harvard” on the Red Line. (Don't take the Blue Line.. it will not take you to Harvard Square unless you transfer several times.)
