Airbnb randomly checks if the listings on its platform have a certain quality. It checks a couple of factors, such as – review ratings, host response time, cancellation rate, booking acceptance rate, etc. Your property might be suspended if your listing does not meet Airbnb standards.
Airbnb will use technology to block last-minute bookings of homes given risk factors, including information about the listing, reservation and guest. If a guest has no reviews and tries to book an entire home locally the day of their stay, they may be barred form doing so.

After the suspension periodIf your listing is eligible for reactivation, you can reactivate by logging into your account and following the steps that appear. Once reactivated, your listing will again show up in search results and be available to accept new bookings.
Airbnb doesn't allow for hidden cameras or any other types of concealed recording devices. It does allow hosts to install security cameras in or around the property – as long as they're not in private areas like bedrooms or bathrooms, and as long as they are properly disclosed.

As a host, if you cancel, an indelible mark appears on your reviews and in your statistics. As a guest, you can block a host's dates and cancel as many times as you want, it does not appear on your profile.
