How do I meet Moana at Disneyland?

Moana wanders Adventureland. If she's not on the app and you cannot locate her, ask a cast member where to find her. Mirabel moved from Frontierland in Disneyland Park to the gazebo in Paradise Gardens in Disney California Adventure, but as is often moving locations.
