How do I park for free on LAX?

Free parking is available at the Cell Phone Waiting Lot located next to the SW corner of Economy Lot C. Note that vehicles parked in the Cell Phone Lot must be attended at all times! Motorcycles can park for free if they're not taking up a space meant for a car.
