ROOSEVELT ISLAND TRAMWAY COSTOne ride costs $2.75. You must have a MetroCard to ride the cable car. If you have an unlimited MetroCard, then the ride on the Roosevelt Island Tramway is included in your pass. To ride the cable car, you cannot yet use OMNY, the Tap & Go service that operates in the New York Subways.

Missed Tap Off CostIf you don't have a default set on your card and you forget to tap off at the end of your trip, you'll be charged the fare to the last stop on the train line or bus route and with your fare type and any applicable loyalty discounts applied.
