How do I pay my London Congestion Charge rental car?

Payments can be made via phone at 0845 9001234 or online at www.cclondon.com. Enterprise can also add it to your rental agreement for the first and last day of your rental at a charge of £20 per day. Any other days in between need to be paid by the renter.
