The Uber Pro Card is a business debit Mastercard and bank account powered by Branch that is designed to help you keep more of what you earn. You can use it to pay for purchases anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
Overdraft will be automatically resolved by depositing funds into your Uber Pro Card account to cover the negative balance. You can do this by selecting Add Funds in the Wallet tab of the app. There is no deadline requirement for resolving a negative balance, and no fee is charged for an Overdraft on an account.
You can't reload a gift card after it has been purchased, but you can add multiple gift cards to an Uber account. Each Uber account can hold a maximum limit of $2,000 in total gift card value. As you use up your credits, you can add more.
Your earnings will be instantly deposited to your Uber Pro Card account after every trip, saving you Instant Pay fees. Instant cashouts are not guaranteed but typically take 1-5 seconds to deposit.
ATM and cash back transactions using the Uber Pro Card are subject to the following transaction limits: 30 withdrawals on a monthly (calendar) basis. Five withdrawals on a daily (calendar) basis. $400 per transaction.
Qualified drivers will be able to access the Backup Balance in the event a purchase is declined due to insufficient funds. If all qualifications are met, a notification will display in your Uber Pro Card app stating that the Backup Balance is available to cover the amount of the declined transaction.

If the merchant makes such a request, a “hold” is placed on your Business Account balance for the amount of the preauthorization request (which may vary in some cases from the amount of the actual purchase, depending on the merchant or purchase type), until the preauthorized amount settles.
Are there limits on how much I can cash out? You will always receive your weekly earnings through the default scheduled payout with no limit. If you choose one of our faster cash out options: Instant - you are able to cash out up to 5 times per day and up to a total of $1700 per week (resets every Monday).
If you're loading earnings to your debit card, in most instances you'll receive your cash right away. If you're transferring earnings to a bank account, processing times can vary depending on your bank. Some banks may take a few days to make your funds available.
If your trip is canceled without a cancellation fee, the pre-authorization will be immediately canceled, so the amount will not be charged. Please note that your Bank may require more time to make the adjustment to your account.
