How do I remove a guest from my Disney reservation?

View your Family & Friends list in My Disney Experience. Locate the person that you wish to remove on the list and select the “Settings” button. Select the “Remove” button. A pop-up message will appear and ask you to confirm that you wish to remove the person.

The process for removing a guest from a Disney World reservation depends on the type of booking. For a Disney Resort hotel or Vacation Package, you generally cannot remove a guest yourself online; you must call the Disney Reservation Center (407-939-5277) and speak with a Cast Member. This is because removing a guest can affect the total room price or insurance coverage. For Dining Reservations, it's much simpler: log into your "My Disney Experience" account, find the reservation under "My Plans," select "Modify," and adjust the party size. If it's a Theme Park Reservation (Park Pass), you should cancel the old one and rebook for the smaller party, provided there is availability. For managing your "Family & Friends" list in the app, you can "Remove" a connection in your profile settings, but you cannot delete a profile that has active entitlements like a dining plan or a multi-day ticket attached to it until those are resolved.
