How do I remove guests managed by me on Disney app?

View your Family & Friends list in My Disney Experience. Locate the person that you wish to remove on the list and select the ?Settings? button. Select the ?Remove? button. A pop-up message will appear and ask you to confirm that you wish to remove the person.



To remove a guest whose profile you manage in the My Disney Experience app (Disney World) or the Disneyland app, you must navigate to the "Family & Friends List" within your account settings. For a profile that you created and manage (typically for a child or someone without their own account), you should select the guest’s name, then look for the "Edit" or "Manage" button. From there, you will see an option to "Delete Profile" or "Remove from List." A confirmation pop-up will appear; once you select "Yes," the profile is permanently deleted from your account. It is important to note that you cannot remove a guest who has active plans, such as a park reservation, a linked hotel stay, or an active Lightning Lane entry. You must first cancel or complete those plans before the system will allow the deletion. If the guest has their own account and you are simply "connected" to them, you would select "Remove" from the connection settings rather than deleting the profile, which merely breaks the link between your two accounts.

On your device, go to My Profile and choose Family & Friends List at the top. Scroll to the bottom of your list and select Add a Guest and then Scan their linking code.

A Guest cannot change who manages their account unless they have your own My Disney Experience account. Then a Cast Member would be able to move your information from whoever manages your account to your own.

If you need to remove a Guest from a Disney dining reservation, you'll need to go to your My Disney Experience account to modify the reservation. On the Walt Disney World website, next to the reservation, you'll see the option to Change Reservation or Cancel Reservation.
