Once your points are in your Club Eurostar account (which can take up to 5 business days), you can use them to book "Reward Seats." A standard one-way journey between London and Paris or Brussels usually starts at 1,000 Club Eurostar points (equivalent to 15,000 AmEx points). This can offer excellent value, especially for last-minute travel when cash prices for Eurostar are notoriously high.
