How do I use my Senior Railcard on Trainline?

Senior Railcard Your digital Railcard lives on your phone in the account section of the Trainline app. Because it's digital only, you won't need a paper copy of it to use your discount! ? You can use your Railcard on any of your compatible devices. No download codes are needed.

To view your Railcard in the app, you'll need to first log in to your account with the same email address you purchased with. After logging in, navigate to the Account tab and tap on Your Railcards to bring up the list of Railcards you've purchased. Then tap on Download Railcard to download it to your device.

How do I use it?
  1. Buying tickets online. Select the Senior Railcard option from the railcards dropdown.
  2. Using the ticket machine. Once you've chosen your route, select the Senior Railcard button.
  3. In the ticket office. Show your Senior Railcard when buying your ticket.
  4. On the train.

Once downloaded, open the app and tap on the '+' symbol on the 'Your Railcards' screen. The 'Add Railcard' screen will then show, and you will need to tap on the '+' symbol under 'Add an existing Railcard' to enter your download code and add your Senior Railcard.
