How do you get around Disney with a broken foot?

Cast Members throughout the parks are very accommodating to Guests needing a little extra assistance. If you decide that you do need to rent a wheelchair or Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) once you're there, you can also do that at the theme parks.

Some people swear by gel inserts in their shoes. If there's room in my shoes, I sometimes double-sock my feet. I put a thinner pair on the inside and a thicker pair on the outside. That doesn't always work in the summer, but when I can, the little extra cushion goes a long way.

The only casts that are not allowed are full leg casts (because they can't comfortably ride and because they can't bend their knee), or hard arm casts because they might bang against the person next to them. So, yes that person can ride.
