How do you get pictures taken at Disney?

You'll find Disney PhotoPass Service throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. At select attractions and iconic park locations, we're on hand to capture your unforgettable vacation moments with one-of-a-kind photo opportunities that only we can offer.

Photos can be purchased individually, but Walt Disney World also offers an unlimited photo package called Memory Maker. Memory Maker includes all of the photos taken, either in a single day or for the entire length of your visit.

PhotoPass at Disney World A PhotoPass photographer (or device) takes your photo. The photographer links the photo to your MagicBand immediately after taking the photo. Your MagicBand is already linked to your Disney account. You can view the photos on the Disney PhotoPass website.

All ticketed Disneyland Resort Guests will receive complimentary Disney PhotoPass digital attraction photos as a take-home souvenir. You can access these downloadable photos for free in the Disneyland App starting February 4, 2023.

Do you tip the photographers at Disney? It is NOT customary to tip PhotoPass photographers as they are theme park Cast Members just like the ones who host attractions or sell popcorn. Thank you for your sharing your memory of Walt Disney World PhotoPass. We will continue to have over 100 locations where PhotoPass Photographers will capture photos. We will be installing automated cameras at nine character locations to capture moments of the experience.

You can use your MagicBand, Disney PhotoPass card, theme park ticket or annual pass. When you wear your MagicBand to the park, your attraction photos will even be automatically linked to your account. runDisney photos can also be linked to your account using your bib number.

If you don't purchase a Memory Maker Package, Disney allows you to buy individual pictures for $18.95 each. It's very worth noting that one group got Memory Maker for (essentially) free: Annual Passholders. Well, MOST Annual Passholders (Gold, Platinum, and Platinum-Plus).

Give $5-$10 for Bell Services if you require help with your luggage. This would also apply when you give your luggage to Bell Services for safe keeping while you explore the resort, go to a park or Disney Springs. Once we get to the resort, we hand over all of our luggage luggage to Bell Services and give them $5-$10.

Your photographer should also note the current restrictions on items permitted in the theme parks and be prepared to have their equipment screened at security checkpoints. And while you may certainly use these photos for your own personal memories, photography for commercial purposes is prohibited.
